I'm using the SMARTDAC+ GX/GP series' advanced security model (/AS1). I want to perform file acquisition (file download via FTP) from Memory summary/Data save on the web application screen, but I can't because the icon is unavailable.

I'm using the SMARTDAC+ GX/GP series' advanced security model (/AS1). I want to perform file acquisition (file download via FTP) from Memory summary/Data save on the web application screen, but I can't because the icon is unavailable.

On an advanced security (/AS) model, only monitor users can log in to an FTP server. Set up log in via communications, and then register a monitor user. For details, see section 1.3.3, "User Levels" and 2.2, "Registering Users and Setting the Signature Method" in user's manual IM 04L51B01-05EN.
