Mr. Satoru Kurosu will also be at the Moon Village Association meeting, discussing several key Moon related activities on Thursday 2nd October at 14:45.

Yokogawa is a global leader in industrial measurement, control and system integration. Our purpose is: "Utilizing our ability to measure and connect, we fulfill our responsibilities for the future of our planet".

Our solutions for the space sector span three key domains:

  • Earth (Ground Facilities | R&D)
    • We provide a range of precision sensors, control systems and asset management solutions for space agencies, ground stations and research facilities. Our test and measurement instruments support R&D of spacecraft components space systems.
  • Earth Orbit (Space Station | Earth Observation)
    • Our technologies play a role in orbit as well. Yokogawa's confocal microscope has been used onboard the International Space Station (ISS) for stereoscopic observation of live cells. We also enable data-driven DX (digital transformation) and GX (green transformation) through satellite data applications.
  • Moon (Water Exploration | ISRU)
    • Looking toward lunar exploration, Yokogawa is developing a probe vehicle designed for lunar water detection using a high-sensitivity, robust laser gas analyser. We are also engaged in R&D efforts to support in-situ resource utilisation (ISRU) for future sustainable lunar operations.

Related Industries
