The Engineering Builder and Engineering tools make engineering and configuration easier. Its report function enables easy reconfiguation of the format and layout of documentation i.e. tailored operator's reports without re-designing the report layout.

Tank Truck Loading Control and Management: Control and management of products loading to tank truck including the followings:

  • Truck change: Change truck prior to loading operation
  • Card change: Temporary ID cards can be issued if truck drivers forgot to bring the card
  • Traffic Management: Queuing management based on configurable truck allocation rules

Marine Loading and Unloading: Control Management of Berth for loading/unloading products

  • Expected Tank Level Calculation: Expected tank level is calculated based upon the current inventory by converting the unloading operation

Quality Management

Once movement/unloading is finished, tank quality is badged and kept until next movement/unloading occurs. If the tank is specified as a loaded tank, loaded quality is assured based on the tank quality data.

Before Unloading, expected receiving tank quality is calculated based on the ship quality.

Management Function

Order and Result management : Order is either downloaded from ERP or manually input at terminal and validated if necessary information is provided and if the data given is appropriate. After operation the refulst is uploaded to ERP.

  • Manage master data such as owner, customer, products, trucks, driver and Ship information is managed and shared with ERP.
  • Version of Master data is managed

Multiple Owner/Customer Management: Manage inventory of multiple owners and customers

Reporting:  Daily/Monthly report can be configured to issue per product, customer, owner, etccan be prepared by choosing the necessary items. Bill of lading is printed after loading is completed.

ERP connectivity: TLSVP is integrated with ERP
