When trying to receive settings from the recorder in the DAQSTANDARD hardware settings, the message, "E0401 Communication error" appears and receiving fails.What should I do?

Check the following items.

  1. Whether the LAN cable is correctly connected, and whether the PC's wireless LAN function is OFF.
  2. Whether the IP addresses of the recorder and PC are set.
  3. Whether you are using the latest version of DAQSTANDARD.
  4. In Basic setting mode > Environment settings > Security media save batch > Security, if Communication is set to Login, whether Basic Setting mode > Setting menu > User registration > System admin > Mode is Key+Comm.
  5. Whether the same user is already logged in to the recorder.
