Smart, efficient improvement of maintenance
Manufacturers strive to improve both the productivity and efficiency of equipment maintenance as well as the prevention of unexpected failures. Yokogawa recently launched a smart, wireless Sushi vibration sensor that is easy to install, collects data online and detects deviations in equipment at an early stage.
In addition, we are working on an IIoT platform to collect, analyse and visualise the data. All this greatly simplifies and reduces the manual work of maintenance engineers at factories and improves the living environment in a factory.
