We celebrate our 30th year in operation in Australia and our 20th year in New Zealand in 2019 with the inaugural Mitchell Graduate Program. This is a tribute to Yokogawa Australia’s founder Barry Mitchell who brought a clear vision for the future, investment in education, and growth to our industry.
This extraordinary opening for engineering graduates across Australia will provide local experience in a global organization working across numerous industries on a full time, permanent basis. Our graduates will receive blended learning with practical, on the job exposure paired with mentoring, course work and feedback from our established subject matter experts across the business. From day 1, our 2019 Mitchell Graduate Program participants will be in contact with their professional mentor and our Executive Group, receiving induction at the launch of a promising career.

If shortlisted, you’ll undergo two-rounds of interview, complete aptitude/personality testing and be requested to submit a police background check. During interview, we’ll invite you to ask questions and receive feedback to see if you've got what it takes to join us in shaping the future of Yokogawa. While you’re at our Sydney headquarters you’ll be shown through our newly-furbished workplace in bustling Macquarie Park; close to Macquarie University, Macquarie Shopping Centre and the public transport hub.
