What rules apply regarding the strings used for DAQLOGGER TAG, TAG comment, and GR name?

The TAG numbers cannot be changed. They are fixed from TAG0001 to TAG1600. The TAG comment can be up to 16 half-width alphanumeric characters, and the GR name can be up to 8.
