When does the DR scale printout occur?

The DR's scale printout format can be selected for each channel as OFF, ON1, ON2, or ON3 (OFF means no printing). Also, the DR can accept mixed input, so the scale printout for each channel might differ. If so, the scale is printed out starting from the smallest channel, with 5 cm spacing.
