How do I handle pen errors 963 1, 964 2, and 965 3?

For new products, make sure you have removed all protective materials from the inside of the unit.
If you have used the product before, turn OFF the power, "jiggle" the pen of the channel on which the error occurs, then turn the power back ON again. If the error persists, servicing is required. Please contact the dealer from whom you purchased the product.
