Le débitmètre électromagnétique de YOKOGAWA s'appuie sur une longue histoire de plus d'un demi-siècle. Nous avons ajouté des spécifications innovantes à chaque époque, et nous avons toujours été à la pointe de la technologie. La volonté constante du débitmètre électromagnétique de YOKOGAWA est d'avoir une haute performance et une haute qualité.

La première méthode d'excitation à double fréquence au monde adoptée dans la série ADMAG AM, annoncée en 1988, a poussé la mesure de la stabilité du débitmètre magnétique à un niveau supérieur. Les débitmètres magnétiques de type capacitif de la série ADMAG CA ont permis de mesurer des fluides de faible conductivité et des fluides adhésifs à faible conductivité. La série ADMAG AXR a réalisé des performances exceptionnelles avec une tension d'alimentation limitée de deux fils.

Et maintenant, c'est la naissance de la série ADMAG TI pour adopter le concept de "Total Insight" et soutenir totalement le cycle de vie du produit.

Introduction produit

ADMAG Total Insight peut mesurer le débit avec une grande précision. 

  • La spécification standard atteint une précision de ± 0,3 % (valeur de lecture).
  • Apporte des solutions aux questions avec d'abondantes fonctions de diagnostic.
  • Il succède à ADMAG AXF avec le même encombrement et permet une transition facile.


ADMAG CA peut mesurer le débit d'un fluide de boue à faible conductivité et à forte concentration.

  • Le débit peut être mesuré à partir d'une conductivité de 0,01 µS/cm.
  • Le type d'électrode non en contact avec le process assure une mesure de débit stable même si des dépôts se forment sur le tube de mesure.
  • Il n’a pas de perturbations électriques puisque la boue ne rentre pas en collision avec l'électrode.


ADMAG AXR permet de réduire les coûts de câblage et la consommation électrique.

  • Le transmetteur deux fils élimine le besoin de câblage d'alimentation électrique. L'alimentation se fait par le câblage du signal analogique.
  • La basse consommation d'énergie qui est difficile avec le système à 4 fils est réalisée.
  • Les objectifs deperformances en matière de bruit sont atteints.

ADMAG Total Insight is an electromagnetic flowmeter based on the "Total Insight" concept that provides solutions and functions for issues at each stage of the life cycle and contributes to the realization of reduced operating costs.

The ADMAG TI series AXG is ideal for industrial process lines like oil & gas/chemical/pulp & paper/food & beverage/metal & mining applications. With outstanding reliability and ease of operation and maintenance, developed on decades of field-proven experience, the AXG will increase user benefits while reducing total cost of ownership.

The ADMAG TI series AXW is ideal for general industrial process lines and water supply/sewage applications. The sizes are available from 25 mm to 1800 mm. Besides fluorocarbon PTFE, lining can be selected from various rubber linings.

The ADMAG AXR is the world's first two-wire magnetic flow meter which employs the fluid noise free "Dual Frequency Excitation Method," achieving excellent stability for instrumentation.

The ADMAG CA magnetic flow meter adopts a system to pick up the electromotive force generated in a fluid by electrodes provided outside a ceramic pipe through the capacitance of the pipe. In addition, the flowmeter employs a prominent high-frequency excitation method that reduces flow noise in low conductivity fluid.

The AXF magnetic flow meter is a sophisticated product with outstanding reliability and ease of operation, developed on the basis of decades of field experience. Based on FOUNDATION™ Fieldbus specifications, AXF Fieldbus Magnetic Flow meter models offer more flexible instrumentation.

The AXFA11 magnetic converter has been developed based on Yokogawa's decades long experience in magnetic flowmeters. The AXFA11 continues the tradition of high quality and reliability that has become synonymous with the Yokogawa name and in addition features an even higher level of performance and increased functionality.
