JUXTA R Series Relay Input/Output Cards

The R Series is DCS-supported status input / output signals interface. Relay I/O cards have 2 channels per card. Up to 16 cards (32 channels total) can be stored in a JIS and EIA conformed mounting nest, and connect with DCS (Yokogawa CENTUM-XL, µ-XL, etc.) by block connection by cable.

Details

The R Series is a DCS-supported status input/output signals interface, consisting of relay input/output cards and a housing nest. It makes insulation for On-Off contact signal of push button switch, limit switch, etc. and transmit the signal to DCS. It also transmits status signal of DCS to field through contact output for On-Off of magnetic valve and start/stop/natural rotate/reverse rotate of motor, etc. Capability of high density mixed mounting of input / output cards, and horizontal and vertical types of mounting nests are available. Mounting nests conform with JIS and EIA specifications.

  • High density mounting
Maximum 16 relay cards, 32 points (2 channels per card) relay cards on 19" rack.
  • Mounting nests conform JIS and EIA standards. Horizontal and vertical mounting types are available.
  • Block connection by cable with DCS (Yokogawa CENTUM-XL, µ-XL, etc.).
  • Mixed mounting for input and output cards
Equipped DC / DC converter on input card realizes mixed mounting with output card in the same nest.
  • Standard test switch
Equipped test switch (AUTO / OFF / ON) makes easy startup and loop test of system.
  • LED indicates relay operation status
  • Switchable output contact type
Two N.O., N.C. or Form-C with internal changeover.
