When I start recording with SMARTDAC+ GX/GP series, "E507 No file or directory" appears. What should I do?

The causes of this message appearing are as follows.

  1. When jumping from the alarm summary to a historical trend, recorded data is not found in internal memory
  2. When jumping from the message summary to a historical trend, recorded data is not found in internal memory
  3. If “Scale image” is ON in the display group settings, the scale image has not loaded (in this case, the message appears when performing a group switching operation)
