Delivery to Primary Cells and Stem Cells

Overview

The SU10 is a novel technology that can deliver target substances into cells (nucleus or cytoplasm) by using a "nano" pipette made of glass capillary with an outer tip diameter of just tens of nanometers.
It is often difficult to introduce substances into primary cells and stem cells by conventional methods due to the low introduction efficiency. The SU10 is specifically designed to deliver into these cell types.
This application note will provide examples of delivering plasmid vector as well as fluorescent reagents into primary cells and stem cells using the SU10.

For further information, download the application note at the top of the page.
