I did the message printout operation, but the registered message did not print out. What might be causing that?

Message printout doesn’t work during recording. Also, messages don’t print out when the chart speed meets the following conditions.

µR10000
Pen model: 1600 mm/h or more
Dot model: 101 mm/h or more

µR20000
Pen model: 1600 mm/h or more
6 or 12 dot model: 101 mm/h or more
18 or 24 dot model: 51 mm/h or more
