Petro-SIM is a process simulation platform (steady-state and dynamic) for improving plant performance and productivity. The technology consists of process simulation models that generate reliable results in a user-friendly environment.
It offers a wide range of applications, such as process design, operator training simulator, and Digital Twin, process optimization, for a plant's entire life cycle from design phase to operation phase.
For example, the digital twin application collects historical data, which is then stored in the cloud. This data is continuously monitored, analysed and compared with historical data to improve plant performance.
