Any modifications/corrections required to the Information can be carried out or you may choose to withdraw your consent provided hereunder at any point in time. Further, It is notified that under the Information Technology Act 2000 and Information Technology (Personal Data Protection) Rules 2011, Yokogawa India Limited has designated a Grievance Officer, to redress the grievances under the said Act and Rules.

Governing Law

This Policy and any matter hereto shall be governed by the laws of India and the parties hereby irrevocably attorn to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore, India with respect to any matter arising out of the use of Website or provisions of this Policy.
