The output behavior when the input is disconnected for the burnout setting is as follows.
All four models have a variable output range of -10 to 110% (-5% to 105% for the ±10 V range).
Therefore, the output at burnout is as follows.
- For burnup, the output can be 110% or more (or 5.4 V or more for 1–5 V outputs).
- For burndown, the output can be -10% or less (or 0.6 V or less for 1–5 V outputs).
- For off, the output will be undefined, so it is unknown what will happen.
