When connecting to the internet, we need to sign a contract with an ISP. Does the Wide Area Monitoring System require such a contract?

To view data uploaded to the cloud, a standard internet service contract is required.
Additionally, a fixed IP contract is required for the line used to upload data from the sensor (in this case, the Data Logging Software GA10) to the Wide Area Monitoring System. Please arrange this contract yourself.
