A Co-creation Space Generating New Value
The 25th GPP Lecture & Workshop, held in September 2025, featured 3 cofounders including Yuko Kawamoto (President of Japan’s National Personnel Authority) and scenario ambassadors outlining Future Scenario 2040.

Global Rediscovery of the Japan Leadership Model
GPP cofounder Jusuke Ikegami introduced the Resolute Japan (RJ) leadership model, drawing on real-world business examples and highlighting promising Japanese industries, as outlined in his book Resolute Japan.

Future Scenarios Encourage Dialogue
Members held group discussions based on the “Future Scenario 2040.” The atmosphere was electric, with opinions flying on topics ranging from AI to population issues and religion. Masataka Tomonaga, Vice President & Executive Officer and Head of Human Resources and General Affairs Headquarters at Yokogawa Electric Corporation, concluded the event with a closing address.
