I want to clear the alarm summary on the SMARTDAC+ GX/GP.

You can’t clear the alarm summary directly, but you can initialize the internal memory, including the measured data, and that will clear the alarm summary. In the user's manual, see section 1.29.1, “Initializing Settings and the Internal Memory," turn ON “Internal data" (only), and then execute.
