終端

終端(或大型倉庫)是指石油或化學產品透過跨國管道或海運船隻接收並儲存在儲油場中的儲存設施。這些產品再由卡俥,駁船,鐵路罐俥(或貨俥)以及類似的方法重新分配。橫河已經積累了超過二十年的經驗,針對終端的自動化發布了一攬子解決方案及終端物流套件。

在終端進行人工操作,例如人工裝載/卸載和手工記錄提單和材料單,不僅耗時,而且可能導致因人為錯誤造成傷害及發生不可避免的費用。因此,具有有限過程自動化解決方案的終端缺乏安全性和效率,並且可能無法按時交付產品或滿足最低要求規格。。

我們的解決方案

橫河的終端自動化解決方案,終端物流套件包括3級解決方案(生產/ MES層)和2級解決方案(控制層)。可以滿足油、氣、液化天然氣,液化石油氣,化工和石化等行業終端用戶的要求,不需要大量的定制化工作。

該解決方案的控制系統在終端處理產品的裝卸。它的功能包括所有優秀的終端操作所必需的監視和控制功能。控制屬性的定義可以從MES下載到控制器中執行。然後,該控制器輕鬆有效地執行運動控制功能,並監測轉移的數量以確保精確控制,同時根據需要對意外操作或設備故障發出警報。
