终端

终端(或大型仓库)是指石油或化学产品通过跨国管道或海运船只接收并储存在储油场中的储存设施。这些产品再由卡车、驳船、铁路罐车(或货车)以及类似的方法重新分配。横河已经积累了超过二十年的经验,针对终端的自动化发布了一揽子解决方案及终端物流套件。

在终端进行人工操作,例如人工装载/卸载和手工记录提单和材料单,不仅耗时,而且可能导致因人为错误造成伤害及发生不可避免的费用。因此,具有有限过程自动化解决方案的终端缺乏安全性和效率,并且可能无法按时交付产品或满足最低要求规格。

横河的终端自动化解决方案,终端物流套件包括3级解决方案(生产/MES层)和2级解决方案(控制层)。可以满足油、气、液化天然气、液化石油气、化工和石化等行业终端用户的要求,不需要大量的定制化工作。

该解决方案的控制系统在终端处理产品的装卸。它的功能包括所有优秀的终端操作所必需的监视和控制功能。控制属性的定义可以从MES下载到控制器中执行。然后,该控制器轻松有效地执行运动控制功能,并监测转移的数量以确保精确控制,同时根据需要对意外操作或设备故障发出警报。
