我们的解决方案

横河的ICSS架构和FLNG解决方案采用了灵活的模块化技术。我们在设计全集成模块化系统时使用分布式ICSS体系结构,尽量减少设计过程中的风险。直到“The firstLNG”,利用专用的网络段和控制器,以及每个自治系统的分布式I/O模块,保证了不同过程模块的自主控制、安全/消防和燃气系统。

在大型模块中,支持分段的专用操作站安装在本地机房(LER)中。

在模块化设计中,我们在FLNG设施上实施ICSS解决方案的概念。节省成本和节省时间的执行在多个地点实施,并按计划交付给每个模块。每个模块都可以在本地进行测试,然后再运到组装现场进行最终集成。

船体ICSS可以与干舷工艺模块分开实现,并在安装干舷设备之前在适当的时间投入运行。这也适用于海下ICSS,横河能够以同样的方式集成海下主控制。
