我们的解决方案

横河电机的先进过程控制(APC)解决方案在液化和再气化过程中发挥着不可或缺的作用。在液化过程中,APC解决方案优化了热交换器(HE)和制冷剂循环(RC)之间的相互作用,实现了高效的无热应力操作。再气化过程中,APC解决方案允许根据沃泊指数值和气体蒸发(BOG)的容积和时间进行最佳的分配和指派,从而防止产生不合格气体。此外,通过综合控制和安全系统(ICSS)和高精度过程模拟(操作员培训系统OTS)进行全面仿真,不仅需要衡量改变操作的效果,还有助于HSE指标的整体评估。
