When I do a list printout, the chart speed that is printed is "75 mm/h (2 25 mm/h)." What does that "2" mean?

That means it is the second feed speed. With external contact (optional) you can switch the feed speed, but even if you don't have external contact there is still a second feed speed setting, so it is printed out in the list.
