Neurite Outgrowth

In this tutorial, we will observe the change in number and length of neurites due to nerve growth factor (NGF) stimulation in PC12 cells.

For the analysis, the [Neurite Outgrowth] protocol pre-installed in [Application] will be used to recognize nuclei, cell bodies and neurites and neurite outgrowth analysis will be performed.
