Exapilot是一款在线导航工具,可逐步引导操作员完成工厂的操作规程。

尽管生产控制系统已经自动化了工业工厂的大部分操作,但操作员仍需对非日常操作进行手动干预,例如工厂的开车/停车,以及产品负荷/牌号切换/配方变更等。开车和停车可能很少发生,甚至几年才进行一次;而产品切换可能是每天都在发生的日常操作。

经验丰富的操作员对这些规程的每一步都了如指掌,但如果现场没有这样的老员工该怎么办?当发生意外情况时,经验较少的操作员能否应对?

Exapilot能够引导操作员完成操作的每一个步骤,防止其出错,甚至在过程中检测到危险的异常情况时及时发出报警。操作的标准化有助于提高产品质量,缩短生产周期,并减少不合格品。这不仅降低了公用工程成本,还使工厂能够以更低的库存运行。Exapilot可解决这一难题:它将优秀操作员的专有技术(Know-how)转化为标准化的操作流程图,使操作员能够顺畅地完成整个流程。

(1) 操作规程以图标组合形式呈现(组态阶段)

Exapilot使用图标来代表标准的工厂操作元素。只需按顺序放置并链接这些图标,即可创建标准操作规程。通过创建简单的层级序列,即可表示复杂的操作过程。配置 Exapilot无需特殊的工程技能。

(2) 避免遗漏步骤(操作阶段)

在流程的每个步骤中,屏幕上都会弹出一个对话框,提示操作员下一步必须执行的操作。此外,还可以配置联锁序列,以防止操作员遗漏步骤。

(3) DCS操作与监控自动化

阀门开启、参数斜坡控制、液位检查以及泵的启停等操作均可实现自动化。

(4) 与生产控制系统无缝连接

Exapilot通过标准的过程控制OLE (OPC) 接口,与生产控制系统 (PCS) 无缝连接,无需进行额外的PCS工程组态。Exapilot已针对横河电机的CENTUM系列PCS进行了优化,但同样支持其他公司的DCS和PLC系统。

(5) 记录标准操作规程 (SOP)

使用 Exapilot 创建的工作流,可通过自文档功能直接打印出来,作为标准操作规程 (SOP) 使用。

(6) 将Exapilot用作操作仿真器

通过使用试运行模式下的调试功能,Exapilot可作为操作仿真器使用。实时将工厂数据导入 Exapilot即可运行仿真,且不会干扰实际的工厂运行。
