TC10 UL Safety Certification Report Registration Update

This notice is to inform you that certain registration and documentation discrepancies were identified regarding the UL safety certification report and product specifications for the products listed below.

Details

1. UL Certification Report Registration for Optional Specification /GK

Products with the optional specification code /GK (panel gasket for IP65) were shipped with the UL mark displayed, although this optional specification had not yet been registered in the UL certification report.
This matter has been reported to UL, the certification body, and registration of the relevant optional specification has now been completed.

Applicable model : TC10‑L/GK
Applicable period (Lot Date) : from November 15, 2019 to February 18, 2026

2. Humidity Specification Description Update

While the maximum humidity in the UL certification conditions is 85%, the product documentation previously stated a maximum humidity of 90%.
To align with UL certification conditions, the maximum humidity specification has been revised to 85%.This update has been reflected in all related product documentation, including the General Specifications, User’s Manual, catalogs, and other materials.

Applicable period (Lot Date) : from May 29, 2017 to February 18, 2026

3. Impact on Product Safety

Neither of the above issues has any impact on product safety.The applicable products that have already shipped can continue to be used without any problems.
