  • 3 Dynamic Colors Led Display
  • Universal input: (TC, mV, V, mA, Pt100-Pt1000)
  • 4 Set Points and alarm functions
  • Serial communication : RS-485 Modbus
  • PID control, ON/OFF, Auto-tuning
  • IP65 front panel (when the optional panel gasket is mounted)(optional)

Overview:

The TC series of temperature controllers is perfect for controlling the heating temperature of sealing parts and the temperature of sealing rolls (pre-heating) in a variety of different wrapping machinery.

Yes. Set DISP to nonE.
Yes, by changing the DP setting from 0 to 1. When you do this, the upper limit range of 1000°C becomes 999.9°C.
How many analog outputs are there?
(ns-faq-ut-2204-spec)
There is 1 analog output.
Yes. Refer to Specifications
Can I initialize parameters on the TC10?
(ns-faq-ut-2225-setting)
Yes. On the PASS screen, set “-481.”
Yes, if the input type is voltage or current.
Set detailed parameter out group o1.F (output 1 function) = r.inP.
AL on the front of the TC10 is the alarm lamp. 1 to 4 indicate the status of outputs 1 to 4.
On burnout, it will be 0 mA. There is no parameter for specifying the output direction.
The SP value is not displayed if you don’t specify a control operation. Assign OP4 to the control output operation.
Approximately 2 seconds or less. (63% response when the input changes from 10% → 90%)
What is the TC10’s warranty period?
(ns-faq-ut-2253-other)
18 months (a year and a half) after shipment from the factory.
No, they’re clamp terminals.
Pt100: 150 μA Pt1000: 15.5 μA
No. TC10 does not come with a terminal cover.
The /GK suffix code means it comes with a panel gasket. With the /GK suffix, the TC10 supports the IP65.
The TC10 communication setting criteria are as follows. Protocol: Modbus RTU (fixed) Baud rate: (1200, 2400, 9600, 19200, 38400) Parity: None (fixed) Stop bit: 1 (fixed) Data length: 8 bits (fixed) Address: OFF (no communication), 1 to 254 ...
The input resolution specification the TC10 is 30000.
Yes, if ordered at the time of purchase.
