On GateWT for GA10, Error “E211” appears when pressing the Save button. When trying to register GateWT for GA10 on the GA10, Error “E3020” appears when pressing the Register Device button.

Q:
On GateWT for GA10, when I press the Save button, Error "E211 Cannot write to file" appears. Also, when I try to register GateWT for GA10 on the SMARTDAC+ GA10, when I press the Register Device button, Error "E3020 Server can not receive device information" appears. What should I do?

A:
When starting GateWT for GA10, right-click the shortcut and select Run as administrator.
