When I try to receive GX/GP settings on the SMARTDAC+ Hardware Configurator, the message, "E001 Communication error" appears. When I ping the GX/GP from my PC, there is a response (mutually).

When I try to receive GX/GP settings on the SMARTDAC+ Hardware Configurator, the message, "E001 Communication error" appears. When I ping the GX/GP from my PC, there is a response (mutually).

E001 appears when the version of Hardware Configurator is old, or does not support the main unit's firmware version. Check the version of Hardware Configurator, and if old, upgrade using the web download service.
