I updated my MW100 PC to Windows 7 and the latest version of Java. When I try to open the MW100 screen 1, I get a "ClassFormatError" message. What should I do?

ClassFormatError is a Java error. For Windows 7, we recommend using Java Runtime version 6.0. Try uninstalling the latest version of Java and installing version 6.0. Version 6.0 is included on the CD-ROM that came with the product.
