差分pH/ORP傳感器

陽離子差分pH/ORP傳感器用於傳統傳感器失效的複雜應用,包括鹽水溶液以及電解製程和奶酪生產等多種應用的測量。

FU20-FTS

FU20-FTS是橫河電機在pH傳感器技術方面的最新研發成果。該傳感器將12 mm差分傳感器的測量技術與寬體FU20堅固設計結合在一個產品中。

正如市場上常見的產品,橫河電機在其產品中使用了銀/氯化銀參比池。在廣泛的應用中已證實,這種溶液非常有效且能夠節約成本。

傳統傳感器的使用壽命在很大程度上取決於對pH設備的定期維護。因此需要經常清洗,以免參比毒化。在高溫高壓應用中,70-80%的行業用戶將從差分傳感器技術中充分獲益。

Recently, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has focused their efforts on controlling mercury levels produced in various coal fired power plants. Based on information from several case studies, the EPA developed the Mercury and Air Toxics Standards to cut back mercury emissions. The most popular technology utilized by coal plants to meet the new standards is a scrubber which cleans the off gas from the combustion process. ORP sensors can further monitor the effluent from these scrubbers to ensure optimal mercury emission levels are achieved. By closely monitoring the mercury concentrations in the effluent, plant managers will be able to easily confirm their plants are meeting the EPA's standards.
