Infrared Gas Analyzers

The lineup of infrared gas analyzers includes the IR100 and IR200 single-beam Infrared Gas Analyzers that measure concentrations in the exhaust gases of waste incinerators, boilers, and various types of industrial furnaces; the IR400 double-beam Infrared Gas Analyzer.

IR100 Infrared Gas Analyzer

The IR100 is a non-dispersive, single-beam infrared gas analyzer that measures either CO2, CO, or CH4, or simultaneously measures CO2 and CO. Horizontal and vertical models are available. Easy maintenance and long-term stability are among its benefits. Features include various diagnostic functions, one-touch calibration, automatic calibration, and range switching.

The IR100 is ideal for applications such as combustion control in various types of industrial furnaces and continuous measurement at botanical research institutes.


IR200 Infrared Gas Analyzer

The IR200 is capable of simultaneously measuring sample gas concentrations for O2 and up to three additional components from the following: CO2, CO, CH4, SO2, NO. Five gases other than O2 are measured using the non-dispersive infrared (NDIR) method and a single beam system, while O2 is measured by the paramagnetic or zirconia method.

A unique optical system reduces drifting caused by contamination of the measuring cell, and a high-sensitivity mass flow sensor in the detection block provides excellent long-term stability. The IR200 has a large multi-function LCD that improves operability and enables high accuracy.

The IR200 is ideal for applications such as combustion control in various types of industrial furnaces and continuous measurement at botanical research institutes.

IR400 Infrared Gas Analyzer

The IR400 is capable of simultaneously and continuousiy measuring sample gas concentrations for O2 and up to four additional components from the following: NO, SO2  CO, and CH4.

A highly sensitive and relible mass flow type twin detector makes measurements much less susceptible to interference from other components. The IR400 has a large multi-function LCD that improves operability and enables high accuracy.

The IR400 is an ideal system for the measurement of combustion exhaust gases from waste incinerators and boilers as well as gases from various types of industrial furnaces.
