[GA10] When installing GA10 or GA10CL, I received the following error: "The license number you entered is invalid. Please try again." How do I resolve this?

This error message appears if the license number for the software you are trying to install is incorrect. Try the following.

1. Double-check the license number you entered.
   • Be sure to use single-byte (half-width) characters .
2. Make sure that the license number is the correct one for the product you want to install.
   • GA10 and GA10CL have their own installers.
   • For example, if you enter the license number of GA10 in the installer of GA10CL, the same error may appear.
   • Please confirm that installer corresponds to the software you want to install.
