Imaging of Calcium Signals in iPSC-derived Cardiomyocytes

Imaging of Calcium Signals in iPSC-derived Cardiomyocytes

High-speed time-lapse (20fps) of calcium flux of individual spheroids imaged with the CQ1.
iCell cardiomyocytes (CDI, Inc) were cultured in an Elplasia plate (Kuraray Co., Ltd.). After spheroids were formed, calcium flux was imaged on the CQ1 by adding a calcium indicator.
