With the 2-loop control of the UT75A, can I stop/run loop 1 and loop 2 separately?

Yes. With 2-loop control, you can switch each loop between stop and run separately.
Change the setup parameter CTL > SR2L to SEP.

SR2L settings:

COM: Common operation for both loops (default)
SEP: Separate operation for each loop

Advanced Application UT75A
