I'm using the SMARTDAC+ web application on Windows 10, and the alarms and reminders do not sound. What should I do?

On Windows 10, the file association for WAV files is not Windows Media Player. Use the following procedure to change the file association to Windows Media Player.

  1. Setting > System

  2. Default apps > Choose default apps by file type

  3. Next to .wav, click the current app and then select Windows Media Player.
