1. 診斷功能

透過控制閥診斷預防故障

利用參數監視支援設備訊息的更改

3. PST 調度程序

PRM和PST時間表

眾所周知,部分行程測試(PST)延長了緊急關閉閥的全行程測試(FST)的間隔時間,並有助於降低維護成本。 PST Scheduler能提升PST流程的準確性,效率和整合性。 PST Scheduler可以安排自動,半自動或手動PST,並自動記錄連接到Yokogawa ProSafe-RS或其他安全儀表系統的安全閥的測試結果。 PST Scheduler可與四大供應商的安全閥配合使用。

根據預先配定的設定,對多個閥門執行自動和半自動PST,並記錄結果。 PST允許每個FST之間的時間更長,不需要使工廠offline。

什麼是部分行程測試 (PST)?

關於 FIST
