強化功能
  1. 顯示工廠內所有設備上的定量狀態訊息

   R4.01增加了報告現場資產關鍵性能指標(現場資產KPI報告)的功能。制定維護計劃時也可以參考這些KPI。

  1. 設備參數的高效設定
    R4.01增加了設定設備參數的模板功能。一旦使用該功能設定參數,便可以將模板下載至多台設備。通製使用該功能輕鬆重定參數,可以立即啟用新設備。

 

什麼是PRM (工廠資源管理系統)?

 

工廠資源管理系統(PRM)是工廠資產管理(PAM)軟件工具,可與CENTUM、STARDOM以及ProSafe-RS等生產控制系統一起使用。利用PRM和智能現場設備,操作員和維護人員可遠程監視工廠資產的狀況。PRM的診斷功能可檢測早期的性能下降,如閥門。

 

 

基於開放式技術

PRM支持FOUNDATION™現場總線、HART、PROFIBUS和ISA100.11a通訊協議,設備的可選範圍很廣。PRM可完全開放,能夠多樣且直觀地訪問智能現場設備。


PRM支持FDT/DTM (IEC 62453)和EDDL (IEC 618043)。PRM提供適當的環境進行參數設定和調整,能訪問並顯示現場設備的狀態。

Focus on specific plant areas and assets

設備導航器採用類似Windows Explorer的界面,顯示全廠的資產狀態。靈活的導航機制可使維護人員快速找出工廠中需要在線診斷的區域。診斷條件變化時,現場設備狀態圖標的顏色會隨之變化。維護人員可以輕鬆關注需要注意的特定工廠區域和資產。

眾所周知,部分行程測試(PST)可以延長緊急停車閥門全部行程測試(FST)之間的間隔周期,有助於降低維護成本。利用PST Scheduler,可以提高PST製程的精度、效率和一體化程度。PST Scheduler可以執行自動、半自動或手動PST,並為連接到橫河電機ProSafe-RS或其他安全儀表系統的安全閥自動記錄測試結果。PST Scheduler可以與四大供應商的安全閥搭配使用。

什麼是部分行程測試(PST)?

部分行程測試(PST)在工廠運行時打開或關閉一部分緊急停車(ESD)閥門。安全標準,如IEC61508、IEC61511或ANSI/ISA-84.00.01,要求根據安全完整性等級(SIL)以一定的間隔為這些ESD閥門執行全部行程測試(FST),以確保其在緊急情況下正常運行。FST要求這些停車閥門全開或全關,並且隻能在工廠停車維護時執行FST。但是,通製執行PST,可以延長FST的間隔,這樣可以最大化工廠運行時間,從而減少OPEX和TCO。
