Accessing the MV Series via a Web Browser
The MV Series can be accessed via such commercial web browsers as Microsoft Internet Explorer. The browser screen is automatically updated at regular intervals. It is also possible to change the screen display mode (trend, numeric, bar graph, or historical trend) or the display groups of the MV Series, and to monitor them via your web browser. The web server function allows you to introduce remote control with no initial investment.

Sending Instantaneous Values and Alarm Status by E-mail
The MV Series can send various data by e-mail, such as alarm occurrence, recovery from a power failure, memory full, media full, instantaneous values measured at specified intervals, and report data. Multiple destination address can be registered. The e-mail messages can be sent anywhere in the world as long as you have access to the Internet. For example, you can use an internet e-mail-capable cell phone, if you want to capture the alarm occurrences remotely and quickly.

Increased Channels Allowing On-site Monitoring with DARWIN Input Channels
Input channels of DARWIN can be assigned to calculation channels of the MV Series by using the MV Series as the Modbus master and the DARWIN Series as a slave. The increased number of channels can be advantageous to the MV Series. In addition, the DARWIN Series can benefit from on-site monitoring and saving and backing up data to the MV Series.
