Subpart Ja Compliant Systems
Subpart Ja is a part of 40 CFR 60, which required refineries with flares built, modified or constructed after June 24, 2008 to limit or eliminate vent gas flow to flares via flare gas recovery systems, flare management programs, and root cause analysis and corrective action programs. All refineries must meet be in compliance with this regulation by November 11, 2015.
