I want to use the JV77 but my PC doesn't have an RS232C port. Can I use a USB port?

I want to use the JV77 but my PC doesn't have an RS232C port. Can I use a USB port?

VJ77 currently on sale is a USB compatible product.  Please consider purchasing a new one.
