The GX70SM wireless input unit and the parent unit (SMARTDAC+ GX20/GP20, GM10) are using SMART 920 wireless communication. Can the relay contacts be output on the parent unit when the status display of the GX70SM reads CAUTION?

Yes. Under Device Status of an event action, set Wireless Input Unit Error.
If the parent unit is a SMARTDAC+ GX20/GP20, you can also set the FAIL relay (/FL option).
However, note that relay contacts cannot be output externally for all types of CAUTION.
