pH Sensor for High Purity Water PH8EHP

Yokogawa's process pH Analyzers are highly reliable and feature advanced functions which are useful for a wide variety of applications including water quality management in a broad range of production processes and in medium-sized wastewater treatment plants, or as general purpose pH control systems.

Based on Yokogawa's track record and years of experience, a comprehensive range of products has been produced to provide solutions best suited to individual applications.

The PH8EHP pH sensor and PH8HH holder perform reliable measurement of pH for high purity water used in boilers and semiconductor process applications.

Although pH / ORP sensor was used as an analog detector in the past, it became possible to use it as a digital detector (with Variopin connector) by installing the SENCOM Smart Adapter SA11. pH / ORP sensor is a pH detector that compatible to on-site use and various combinations.

Details

  • The dedicated holder provides solutions to problems that arise when measuring high-purity water.
  • Combined with the PH450G and PH202 pH/ORP analyzers, it compensates for the effect of fluid temperature.
  • By combining pH and ORP sensor with SENCOM Smart Adapter SA 11, it becomes a digital detector. Yokogawa provides open environment with higher model. * Refer to "SENCOM Smart Adapter SA11" for more details.

Overview:

Reverse osmosis (RO) is a separation process that uses pressure to force a solution through a membrane that retains the solute on one side and allows the pure solvent to pass to the other side. More formally, it is the process of forcing a solvent from a region of high solute concentration through a membrane to a region of low solute concentration by applying a pressure in excess of the osmotic pressure.

Overview:

One of the primary applications for high purity water is for boiler feed water. The measurement of pure water pH can be one of the quickest indicators of process contamination in the production or distribution of pure water. Effective chemical treatment of the feed water is vital in maintaining the useful operating life and minimizing maintenance costs of the boiler.

Industry:Power, Pharmaceutical, Common

Overview:

Optimizing four key factors will decrease pH sensor costs and optimize process control and overall plant efficiency.
