感應式(環形、無電極)導電率感測器 ISC40

測量導電率主要有兩種感測器型式:接觸式感應式(環形、無電極)。

感應式導電率(亦稱為環形無電極)中,感測元件(電極線圈)並不直接接觸被測介質。這兩個匹配的(相同的)線圈被封裝在 PEEK(或特氟龍)中,保護它們免受介質的不利影響。

ISC40 感應式感測器僅有一個電極常數(Cell Factor),幾乎涵蓋整個導電率測量範圍 ~ 50-2,000,000 µS/cm。僅在低範圍(低於 50 µS/cm)時,感測器的精確度會受到影響。

ISC40 感應式感測器幾乎免維護。

依地區不同,提供 ISC40G/ISC40S 系列或 ISC40GJ/ISC40SJ 系列。

Details

無論是在清洗水或濃酸中測量,精確度均為讀值的 0.5% 加 0.5 µS/cm。感測器材質確保在嚴苛的工業環境中具有長壽命。

耐侵蝕/耐磨損的 PEEK(聚醚醚酮)在所有溶液中皆具有優異的化學抗性,但不適用於氫氟酸或氧化性濃酸。對於氫氟酸及氧化性濃酸(硝酸、硫酸、油酸)的應用,最終化學抗性材料為 PFA(特氟龍)。

ISC40G 與 ISC40S 提供 PEEK 材質(感測器型號 GG)供一般使用。在樣品對 PEEK 具侵蝕性時,我們提供特氟龍材質的感測器(感測器型號 TG)。

ISC40 感測器配備堅固的不鏽鋼安裝螺紋、螺母及墊片組合,可靈活採用通孔安裝方式。此外,亦提供多種支架與選項,可可靠地進行線上或離線安裝,並採用雙 O 型環密封以延長感測器使用壽命。另有適用於球閥插入安裝及衛生法蘭安裝的型號。

兩種感測器皆設計大孔徑,以最佳化抗污性能;在正確安裝下,流動液體可保持感測器清潔,避免測量誤差。

ISC40FF/ISC40FS/ISC40FD 支架

本系列包含流量管件及其子組件,用於在管路系統中線上或直接安裝導電率感測器。多種材質選擇,可依據化學抗性、壓力及溫度規格,為使用者提供最適合的解決方案。

PR10 可伸縮式「熱插拔」支架

線上測量常帶來額外挑戰,尤其需要定期維護時。PR10 非常適合於必須在不中斷或關閉流程的情況下移除感測器的應用。無需任何特殊工具,即可在最高 5 bar(72 psi)壓力下安全地將 PR10 從流程中伸縮收回。PR10 是一款通用可伸縮組件,可用於各種液體測量。它設計可安裝任何市售具 PG13.5 連接的 pH/ORP 或溶氧感測器,同時向下相容舊款 Yokogawa 電極。

為方便使用,可選配沖洗接口。在收回位定,感測器可保持濕潤、清潔,甚至進行校正,而無需中斷流程或拆卸支架。
