生物乙醇工艺

从农业原料生产生物乙醇大致分为以下步骤:种植、发酵、蒸馏、脱水、储存和装载。首先,原料被输送至制备罐,用温水稀释。然后,将其投入发酵罐,与糖蜜和酵母混合以发酵原料中的糖分。发酵后的醪液被移至醪液塔以提高乙醇浓度,随后进入蒸馏塔,将酒精含量提升至95%(体积比)。在脱水过程中,去除水分使酒精含量至少达到99.5%(体积比),以便乙醇可用作燃料添加剂。

The worlds of process automation and production management have been converging for some time. What once used to be islands of automation and production management functionality connected through highly proprietary integration schemes that were costly to maintain have developed into integrated platforms that provide seamless data exchange between the world of automation and the plant floor, the functions of production and operations management, and integration with business level systems.
The automation suppliers that will be successful in the long term will be those that effectively address application or industry specific problems for end users with a value proposition that cannot be ignored. These problems exist throughout the process industries today, and they won't be solved by simply offering a product, but through a combination of hardware, software, services, application expertise, and knowledge.
