作为FPSO集成控制与安全系统(ICSS)的供应商,横河电机提供综合解决方案,包括用于船体/上部模块控制、海底控制和转塔系泊系统的CENTUM VP过程控制系统(PCS)及ProSafe-RS安全系统(含接口解决方案),以及用于仪表管理的工厂资源管理(PRM)软件包。这些系统与第三方系统(如设备监控系统、过程数据服务器、操作员培训和维护系统)实现集成。

ICSS负责对加工设施(包括相关上部模块设施)进行监测和控制,实现调节控制及开关控制。它还生成生产数据报告,与其他子系统及人机界面(HMI)操作台进行交互,并对数据进行归档、记录并传输至其他接口系统及管理报告系统。

横河电机针对FLNG的ICSS架构与解决方案采用灵活、模块化的技术应用方式。在设计“全集成模块化系统”时,我们充分发挥分布式ICSS架构的优势,以尽可能降低从设计、安装、调试直至“产出首船LNG”期间的风险。通过为各自主化系统采用专用网段、控制器及分布式I/O模块,确保不同工艺模块的自主控制与安全/火气系统独立运行。

在大型模块中,支持网段的专用操作站安装在本地设备室(LER)内。

我们为FLNG设施实施的ICSS解决方案采用模块化设计理念。具有成本效益且节省时间的执行工作可在多个地点并行开展,并按计划交付至各模块。每个模块在运往总装场地进行最终集成前,均可进行本地测试。

船体ICSS可与上部工艺模块分开实施,并在上部模块安装前适时投入运行。此模式同样适用于海底ICSS,横河电机能够以同样方式集成海底主控制系统。

浮式生产储卸油装置(FPSO)是集加工设备与油气储存功能于一体的海上浮式生产设施。油气通过平台或海底模板产出后输送至FPSO,经处理后储存,最终通过管道或油轮外输。FPSO使油企在偏远海域及深水区的油气开发具备经济可行性。
