工厂资源管理系统(PRM)是用于横河电机资产卓越的一个关键平台。该平台旨在改进操作和维护,通过获得更大的可预测性,使工厂资产的可靠性和可用性最大化。PRM工具允许用户通过现场数字网络在线访问所有设备,这样用户可以执行多项重要的管理任务,如更改设备参数。PRM帮助操作员和维护人员避免停车,降低维护成本。

什么是PRM (工厂资源管理系统)?

 

工厂资源管理系统(PRM)是工厂资产管理(PAM)软件工具,可与CENTUM、STARDOM以及ProSafe-RS等生产控制系统一起使用。利用PRM和智能现场设备,操作员和维护人员可远程监视工厂资产的状况。PRM的诊断功能可检测早期的性能下降,如阀门。

 

 

基于开放式技术

PRM支持FOUNDATION™现场总线、HART、PROFIBUS和ISA100.11a通信协议,设备的可选范围很广。PRM可完全开放,能够多样且直观地访问智能现场设备。


PRM支持FDT/DTM (IEC 62453)和EDDL (IEC 618043)。PRM提供适当的环境进行参数设置和调整,能访问并显示现场设备的状态。

众所周知,部分行程测试(PST)可以延长紧急停车阀门全部行程测试(FST)之间的间隔周期,有助于降低维护成本。利用PST Scheduler,可以提高PST过程的精度、效率和一体化程度。PST Scheduler可以执行自动、半自动或手动PST,并为连接到横河电机ProSafe-RS或其他安全仪表系统的安全阀自动记录测试结果。PST Scheduler可以与四大供应商的安全阀搭配使用。

什么是部分行程测试(PST)?

部分行程测试(PST)在工厂运行时打开或关闭一部分紧急停车(ESD)阀门。安全标准,如IEC61508、IEC61511或ANSI/ISA-84.00.01,要求根据安全完整性等级(SIL)以一定的间隔为这些ESD阀门执行全部行程测试(FST),以确保其在紧急情况下正常运行。FST要求这些停车阀门全开或全关,并且只能在工厂停车维护时执行FST。但是,通过执行PST,可以延长FST的间隔,这样可以最大化工厂运行时间,从而减少OPEX和TCO。
