I installed the LL50A. I want to write the UT settings to a PC, but I get the following error message. "Failed to upload instrument information. Check the communication connection and conditions."

When you install the LL50A, two icons are create on the desktop.
To write settings, launch the Setting Tool by clicking its icon.
