What should I do if some bar graphs and numeric values are not correct in the Web monitor display?

If some bar graphs and numeric values are not correct, try the following.

• Close all open bar graphs. In Windows Control Panel, open the "Java" control panel.
• On the Advanced tab of the Java control panel, clear the "Enable the next-generation Java Plug-in (requires browser restart)" check box.

  

• Follow the on-screen prompts to restart your browser.
